This is an adorable little building for your North Pole Village. Item was listed as used and it was noted that the packaging box was in less than perfect shape, which it was, but still very good for storage. Seller contacted me before shipping when he discovered a small, previously unknown defect and gave me the option to back out of sale. I appreciate sellers that are honest and observant like that.
