I have a Roland Jazz Chorus 40 that is an excellent amplifier but I wanted more low end sound. So I decided to hook this amp up with my Fender twin reverb to get the mix I wanted. I did my homework and looked on Youtube for different methods. After reading everything I decided on this twin-city Bones box. It was a floor model but came like new and is as advertised. Its very quiet. I also hooked the Jazz Chorus up with a Mustang III and it sounds good as well. I never ran into any phase problems and the drag was also good right out of the box. It works so well that now I don't like any of my amps by theirselves. I would recommend this box to anyone wanting to play through two amps at the same time. I also didn't notice any loss of sound split between the two amps. I'm sure I could blow the windows out if I wished. I'm real happy with it. One thing is that this model does take a 9 volt external power supply.Read full review

I researched many cheaper models of ABY switches, but the features of this device just seemed to outweigh any cons over price. With a groundlift switch and phase/polarity settings (including Drag control), it handles any combination of amps you throw at it and immediately dials out the noise. The signal and tone of my guitar is as clean running through two amps at once as it is from just one. Product is built like a tank and can withstand lots of abuse. Only con I see is that it does not have a battery option, but I won't deduct anything from it for that as this box works like a champ. Having a blast running my tube amps in tandem, I never knew what I was missing! Can't really make a comparison to other boxes since this is my first purchase, but this is a solid value for all that you get with it. I highly recommend it.Read full review

Perfect device to split your signal with a pedal. No noise. No loss of tone. Mine was used to use connect two heads. I have the options to use amp A, amp B, or both. As well as the ability to switch A/B setting, all before deselecting the both switch. Signal 180 and lift switch help balance sound/signal between the two amplifiers. Well built. Works like a champ. Quality signal. Very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend.

Fantastic ABY switching pedal. Low noise great value. Excellent option for a wet/dry set up. The phase reversal and ground lift switch is very useful in eliminating hum and correcting phase. The switches are quiet and the drag function is a great addition to this pedal. I'm currently using the Twin City in a 3 amp setup with my dry amp in channel A and an FX processor in channel B running stereo out to 2 amps, and the result is spacious sound with little or no noise. Radial Twin City is great pedal and a great value for a multi amp setup. Great job Radial.

I received my ABY radial today and have to say this is exactly what tone doctor ordered! As a bass player I run a fairly intricate rig set up but the downfall has always been a loss of low end when running overdrive. Since adding this amazing pedal, I can now send the two outputs to two different cabinets. Cab A for the clean lows and cab B for effects. Would highly recommend the Radial Twin City ABY!

I already have 2 of the Morley A B switches but was experiencing way too much noise with either of those, and I generally like Morley for the most part, They have a couple decent wah pedals. After doing some research to find a solution to eliminate the noise issues of combining two Tube Amps together, I found quite a few things this about this splitter I knew would help. The phase, the ground lift and the drag were exactly what was missing! Now I can play through my Hiwatt DR103 and Mesa Boogie Triple Rectifier at the same time with very little noise. After running through seperate pedal boards with the Decimator 2 and the Decimator G string 2 noise gate pedals in stereo, I can have the best of multiple options. Either Clean through the DR103, Any of the 3 Channels of the Mesa Trip Rec, Add whichever pedals for effects for either Rig and still combine em both at the same time. That's a Lot of Tube Power noise and hiss that got calmed down to a minimum with this splitter. The noise gates are a must in my opinion if ya want to get Plenty Loud but still have Clean Power from a Clean channel, to a Gritty channel, to a Crunchy channel, then onto Some Serious Heavy Weight Godzilla Tail Killer Sizzle. After finding this Radial Engineering Tonebone ABY to connect all that stuff, I have to say this is how the Pros get such Incredible Powerful Sounds Live and Recording. 2 Amps are Much More Filling than just 1, Even the Mighty Hiwatt needed a little kick from the Mesa Boogie. It's Pure Bliss with the option to switch back n forth while playing live. It's just an Excellent Splitter in My OpinionRead full review

This works well. No tone suck. Minimal extra hum. Phase flip is handy. Good led indicators. I tried the orange ABY pedal wihich also sounded good bit there is only a single multi colour LED to indicate which mode it is in so when you come out of the Y mode you dont know which amp you will get... design flaw. This radial ABY is better

Like all great products this does precisely what you expect. Slider switches (no toggles to bump with your toe) for the polarity and ground lift options you must have and a Drag control that works for the lowest price of any switch in its class.
