This seller hired royal mail as their courier to deliver this item which never showed up, signed with a fraudulent signature! After dicussing this with the seller be then gave me attitude when i requested for the item or a refund. He stated “so i lose out then” even though i paid for goods i never received. Customer service was poor and dreadful! Went through hell and back to get a refund. Disgusting behaviour from a seller. Expected me to lose out on money with no goods for his mistake.
