This was a custom made pant we ordered the fabric from the mill.you can get it tested and let us know if it's pure wool. you have been very unreasonable here.you could have asked for a return if you're not happy.still want to keep the pant.

Seller was suspicious. A licence needed to be transferred for the product to be functional and the seller said they were trying to get it sorted. A month later I contacted the company myself to do the licence transfer, and it was sorted out within a day. Then the seller told me his son had promised the item to his girlfriend and wanted it back.. no wonder the licence transfer was taking it's time.. a month of my time wasted because theybregretted the sale? dishonest seller, avoid.
