I didn't want to have to pull off the grip, brake, and shifter just to put one on. This bell looks like a vintage one and was able to install without having to remove anything from the bars. For the price, it seems like a bargain. The sound isn't as good as a crane or something higher end, but the sustain is there on the ring. It was a little larger than I was expecting, but it should work for her. THANKS!
