Arrived way earlier than the predicted and well packed. Exactly what I wanted at a fine price. This seller was very patient with me. I did not yet understand that though my M39 Jupiter-8 rangefinder lens works on the A7RII and Techart Pro adapter with just an M39-to-Lieca-M mount adapter, it turns out that a '60s M39 MIR-1V is an SLR lens that requires an M39-to-M42 step-up ring and an M42-to-Leica-M adapter to fit on the Techart Pro.
