The plastic bag tore in transit, but no harm done to the contents. I think the sheer weight of so many hand warmers might just have been a bit too much for it. As mentioned, they all arrived in tact, just for future reference, a box might be better and then you wouldn't need all the individual plastic bags either. The warmers work perfectly & you have the best price. Thank you! ✨
