    More features than ever, and more responsive remote to boot.

    4th generation Apple TV is the best. It's easier to "mouse" around the screen with it, and you get SIRI voice capability, too. The only negative is that it's easy to grab the unit upside down because it's so symmetrical in appearance. It should have more of a hand-friendly bottom end so you'll instinctively pick it up with the correct orientation. It's also slippery, just as the early models were, so it's very easy to drop. Why can't they add a non-slip surface to the rear side, to provide a more secure grip?

    It's ok. Not great

    I have an older Apple TV that is super easy to use. The generation IV, however, is not. The remote is cumbersome to operate. I have a roku tv and a roku 3 streaming box that I like much better especially with the PlayStation Vue streaming packages. The only thing I will use the Apple TV for is to airplay from other Apple devices. I'm really disappointed in the new genIV

    It's a great TV viewing experience

    The Apple TV 4th Generation was easy to setup, easy to add my iPhone as a Remote, easy to add my Logitech One Remote, and wireless Apple Keyboard. The two best things I like about Apple TV are Siri control with both the Siri control via the Siri Remote, and the same control with the newest version of the Apple Remote TV App for IOS. The other thing I like is the ability to watch any episodes of a show, going back to when the show first aired. I can't do that with DirectTV; I can only record what is current. Between Netflix and HOB Now, I have access to a wide range of movies. There are also some good apps available too. The only negative aspect to Apple TV is commercials. You cannot skip them as you can do with a DVR. I absolutely hate not being able to fast forward through ...

    4th Gen Apple TV

    Significant upgrade in performance and features. Make sure to not make the mistake and get the smaller storage. With as many new features and apps they are coming rapidly, you'll be happ you spent the few extra dollars and got the 64gb version. The new remote is easy to use and works well. The new Siri upgrade is a welcome addition as well.

    Positives: Works well, fast, good graphics, new app store, good remote (however I use a harmony remote instead), quiet, small, responds well to commands, stable, good value, good selection of apps. Favorite Feature: Airplay (I can show photos and movies from all my apple devices on the TV). Negatives: Missing Amazon app, can't show photos and movies from my non-apple devices on the TV. Pair this with an Amazon Fire and/or a Roku then your bases are covered.
