    The seller did not add into the description that the toner cartridge was not only used, but the void sticker over the refill cap was removed. The picture provided is the seller’s cartridge with the void tape missing. When I notified the seller, they apologized and provided a prompt full refund. Unfortunately, sellers are deceitful and you have to be vigilant. Trust no sellers on EBay, because EBay does a poor job of monitoring items for sale.

    I did not know the toner had been used, to me the foil bag looked like it was factory sealed i did not even take it out of the box. we are not trying to be deceitful.
