Because of this, I purposefully didn't crank on the wing nut at the top of the precleaner, just snugged it to avoid cracking the new bowl.

They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
