Ordered a filter and they left one of the seals out of the package. I contacted the seller and they want picture of the original package and the parts that are not in there I guess. These parts are for tractors needed in the field and had to be hastily put back in with an old seal that was deformed. They advise they have a five (business) day processing time. A bit inconvenient if you ask me. When they finally shipped the item, the package had been tampered with/opened while in transit and the item was missing. I thought I might have a long fight getting my money refunded but surprisingly, they issued a refund the following day.
