    I asked the customer for clear photos of the damaged product, but the customer refused to send clear photos. I told him that the shipping company would withdraw the product, examine it, and provide good financial compensation to the customer for the broken item. These are common procedures for shipping companies when it comes to damage to the order during shipping.
