To drive your motivation further, the SPN750 II offers five monitor functions that allow you to set and execute targeted goals related to duration, distance, speed, pulse rate and calories. Simply select the desired health target on the LCD console. With the use of the flywheel resistance control you can establish your own custom workout intensity. The mobile phone holder comes in very handy, letting you make a call, go online, watch videos or listen to your favourite music as you sweat it out.     One size does not fit all

    I bought this item understanding the price point and was impressed with the smooth performance but it does not fit. I am 182cm an even friends under 180cm found the seat hight to low. On requesting a solution I could cancel the deal but lost money on shipping costs and a handling fee. If you are interested in a spin bike make sure it will fit otherwise you will have one gathering dust or something for the kids.
