    Great Refurbished Item

    So far I am very happy with this purchase and for a renewed item I have not noticed any downsides at all as of yet. In general the speaker sounds and works great...however, it does not get very loud outdoors, it’s also quite large and there is no easy way to carry it. A case is basically necessary which will run you another $20-$50 depending on what you can find.

    It’s great, but often not

    Has excellent sound and sufficient battery life. However it stutters a lot randomly, bout 3/10 time. Problem persist even if it is switched into stable connection mode. No matter if it’s from pc, laptop or phone it happens when it happens. For the price tag, was expecting more from Sony.

    Great speaker if you can get it for less than retail.

    Great sound, some eq options in the app, nice full feature set. The lights are gimmicky for me, so I turned them off and they stay off. The ease of use and lack of frustration with NFC connection makes this speaker well worth it.

    Sony speaker is a good value, but needs the power plug to be included in box

    Decent little speaker from Sony, connects up pretty easy. Have not really had a chance to use it much due to summer ending, but hope to over the holidays. Mine did not come in an actual OEM box from Sony so beware of that, it was just in a bubble wrap shrink type packaging. It was a gift and that was a detail I wish i had known ahead of time.

    Great sound at a great price!

    Great addition to the boat. Great sound and light show. The battery lasted more than 25 hours of use before needing recharging. Very portable. But beware, the land crabs love the base and even climb walls to get next to it. Freaked us out the first time it happened. Enjoy!

    great sound

    I have another one and bought this so I could try the stereo feature. so now I have both hooked up. turn them on and it says "left" "right" and now I have true stereo sound. love it!!

    Better than expected

    I bought this unit after having two or three that were a little bit cheaper and just were not quality electronics. This had a good price on it and it’s a Sony so I said sure. To say it exceeded my expectations would be an understatement. It’s got a great sound it’s very portable and the battery last for quite a long time.
