One word " relief"
I had bursitis in both of my shoulders. I was told by a friend who sold Shaklee products back in 1972 that about alfalfa tablets might be good for bursitis. Because of the pain I was willing to try it. After taking alfalfa tablets for a couple of months I found I was pain free. I took them from 1972 through to 2010. I retired in 1999. I wasn't working and thought why am I still taking these tablets every day. So in 2010 I quit taking them. After6 or 7 years my shoulders started to bother me once again so I've been back taking alfalfa tablets again. It took a few months to get the benefits from the alfalfa tablets but it's worth it.

Not happy with order processing & shipping times.
+Processing & shipping time definitely need improvement (13 days). Seems odd that the 650 mg. tablet size is exactly the same as 500 mg. tablets received a while ago from another supplier. Probably will not be reordering from this supplier.

Great for arthritis pain!
My brother had rheumatoid arthritis so bad that he moved to Hawaii for the climate to ease the pain. He met a herbalist who told him Alfalfa was the cure for arthritis and he started taking alfalfa tablets daily. Within a year, his arthritis was gone and his nodules on his heals and elbows disappeared. He told me about this and I started taking it for joint stiffness and pain in my fingers when I got up each day. I am taking it everyday and the pain is gone and the stiffness too. I will never stop taking it as long as I live I promise you. It works!
