    Not a good experience with the customer service aspect. I had an old address in my account, however, when I asked to adjust where it was being shipped to, I was told it was my fault for entering address wrong and shipped necklace to old address. I tried to explain, however seller was not helpful. Mistakes happen. I never received. I have sold many items via eBay and have adjusted the address if necessary, especially if it is listed that way on PayPal which it was. It was a lesson learned.
