The box was dented but the product not affected. The item came fairly quickly. I realize that shipping hair color can be a challenge--this item is a replacement for a previous product from a different seller; it arrived crushed & leaking because it was shipped in a shipping envelope instead of box.(Post Office claimed responsibility.) But very happy with this item!!
