    This is a good quality hair color. The item is brand new as promised.It is a good value because shipping is free, which is a plus! The box was dented but the product not affected. The item came fairly quickly. I realize that shipping hair color can be a challenge--this item is a replacement for a previous product from a different seller; it arrived crushed & leaking because it was shipped in a shipping envelope instead of box.(Post Office claimed responsibility.)
