    Don't Miss This One!

    Origionally this CD player sold for $326 new. Now they are only available used. It will play all types of CDs and will also play MP3s. It has a time delay to remove any skips in your playback. Batteries last a long time in this. It plays plenty loud enough but for those that love the extra extra loud this may not cut it. It has EQ presets. The only down side I can see is. When you're listening to it at night the buttons are not illuminated nor do they have a tactile touch to them, which means you will have to turn on a light to see the buttons to skip a song etc. This doesn't weigh very much so I wouldn't call it heavy duty, but it sure is easy on the eyes.

    Good old school music

    These aren’t made anymore, unfortunately because CDs aren’t “in”anymore, but I have a collection of them and prefer them because the sound quality is so much better, than mp3. And I don’t need super expensive speakers or headphones to make up for the poor sound quality of mp3 and so on. This old CD player is a good one, and even has a built in equalizer to pick up the bass, which is poor in mp3 recordings, but not in old CDs. Anyway, the original player I had lasted me twenty years of hard use. Good antiskip, easy to use, and a good bet when buying an old one from someone on eBay. It will also play mp3 CDs.

    Beautiful player

    I still love to listen to CD's, and this is one of the best players available ever. Nicely designed, sturdy, and reliable. Sound is great, of course. One of the best anti-skip mechanisms ever built into a CD player. I have dropped it on the floor and it did not jump or skip. Rock solid. Also, it gets more hours of playing time than any other machine made: about 50 unbelievable hours on two AA batteries. And, now that these little beauties can be had so reasonably, this is about the greatest value in music on the market.

    great!

    i really just wanted to use this as a bridge, something to occupy my time while sitting (for hours) receiving chemotherapy. but it really excels. i now find that just sitting in my chair and listening to all my old music is very therapeutic. it relaxes me and puts me in a good place before i even have to leave for chemo. thanks very much for giving me that ability back. i'm not one for new tech and find that this really really fits my needs and wants. so THANK YOU!
