This 12" sub is capable of producing 150 watts RMS (200 watts peak) output. It has a frequency response range of 25 to 250 Hz with a low-pass crossover filter, which can be adjusted through the full range. Gain and frequency knobs on the control panel allow you to adjust the crossover filter and the power output for the optimum blend and balance of bass output with your stereo or surround speakers.

Awesome Pre-Amp 12" Subwoofer. 😎
This is my debut owning a good subwoofer system. Since some of my music has some sub bass to those songs so I want to Keep Up With The Joneses. The package is a heavy one shows you how worth it is! A 12 inch sub speaker was always my favorite which, "Size Does Matter!" over say either a 8 and/or a 10 inch sub system. You don't want it too large but a 12 inch does kick ass...No doubt about it. I was shopping for a good system., but not to exuberant nor too frugal either. I like the four spikey feet on the bottom to elevate the box upward. Where the "tune - port hole" is since the speaker is facing outward as the picture shows. It's a 150 Watt system would make you get scary? The manual has good details in it. And I taken the advice of the other reviewers of this system to make me get one and I did. Very happy about it so far. It is recommended!!! 🏆

Good While it Lasted
Lasted 14 months, not heavy use but daily a few hours at about 30% on level knob and 30-40 on my system. Good sound quality, good price, could feel the bass without being overwhelming. Shake The Ground For Sure With This Budget Subwoofer!
It beats hard & really rumbles the room when turned up on our Integra DTR-5.5 receiver. Hopefully it will do the same for you. Compared to the Dayton Audio 12 inch subwoofer, it does well & is comparable to it. (Update) It didn't last long before we started getting popping sounds like the sub is bottoming out & theres too much port wind noise distortion from the bottom bass air port on the bottom of the box. I would recommend buying something better because that's what we need to do now. Best Value for 200 Watt 12" Powered Sub
I had a Polk 100 watt 10" that was coughing particle board out of the bass port, so it was time for a replacement. This goes much deeper than the Polk, and it has a lot more power, and for $25 less than the 10in model. It adds serious punch, so I'm very pleased so far! This thing is very well made, and compliments my stereo system very well. You can't beat this for $99!!! You're doing real good Monoprice! I may even buy some bookshelf speakers to add to it.
