Eric Clapton's Crossroads Festival, which features world-class guitar players from all over the globe and has been held every three years since 2004, works as a fundraiser for the Crossroads Centre in Antigua, a treatment and educational center Clapton founded in 1998 to help people suffering from chemical dependency. The first three concerts were single-day outdoor events held in Dallas in 2004, and in Chicago in 2007 and 2010, with the fourth, the concert represented by this two-disc DVD and Blu-ray set, moving indoors to Madison Square Garden in New York and expanding to two nights in 2013. ~ Steve Leggett

    Eric Clapton 2013 crossroads guitar fest 2013

    Ive seen every one that E.C. has done, and I believe this is my favorite! Some players I'd never seen or heard of before that I really enjoyed. For example Doyle Brahmhall. Excellent guitar and vocals from this individual. And of coarse some others I hadn't known about. But at the end of the first disk, The Allman brothers band brought the house down ( madison square garden) with Tied To The Whipping Post. Yes I would highly recommend this two disk set to EVERYONE !

    Never had a chance to listen to it yet but playing on to soon. Love most of Eric Clapton’s music etc. I’m sure the assorted artists will be just as good to hear as Clapton.
