    The item was packaged very securely. I ordered mine with a charger and it came with a battery and a 4 GB USB card. Before the item had delivered I had contacted the seller about a question I had and they had answered very quickly. Shipping was quick it came weeks before it said it would arrive. When the item came in had a few small scratches on the screen but nothing of serious damedge. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!
