My item (Screamers [Blu-ray]) was very well packed for shipment, they actually sent my movie in a cardboard box. It shipped and arrived very quicky. It arrived in great condition and is just as described. Their communication is excellent as well. I would highly recommend Shout Factory and I would purchase from again if given the opportunity. Excellent quality and mint condition! The price was one of the lowest I’ve seen on eBay or the internet for that matter and shipping was free. Although on their site you have to pay for shipping but that’s discussion for another time lol. I would absolutely purchase from Shout Factory again whether on their site or here on eBay.
