Installed the CPU, works fine. Though I had quite bizarre issue: my Windows was somehow locked to my previous CPU so when I installed this, I got "inaccessible boot device" BSOD. After some googling, many people claimed that Windows needs re-installation if that code appears. After trying other options, I had to give it a try. I did, and now everything works properly. This WASN'T the fault of the new CPU directly. I rather blame stupid, but rare Windows behavior.
