    Just works ...

Full of options, so only used the wan port via a bridged fiber optic terminal, Ethernet ports, and 2.4ghz/5ghz wireless. Easy to setup, full of light/flickering indicators. Reliability has been spot on. CenturyLink still offers up the latest firmware for download.

    C2100TV4 Modem

I do not have any proof of the modem / router has any problems, however I have times my entire system pauses for anytime from 5 to 55 seconds. It doesn't matter if the pause is over a wire or wireless connection. I have no idea why the pause will happen 2 to 3 times a day, but the only change I have made is updating the Internet service and using this modem / router.

  • Little box that could.

This item is excellent and very user friendly. Even if your not up on new stuff it is still easy to use, and set up. Not to mention they have someone on call twenty four hours a day. That's a good thing. The things I like are the broad range of wireless internet has to offer' This thing is fast no matter what is hooked up to it. I am very impressed and very happy i bought this router.

  • Better than the router that Century Link ships in our area

This router supports 802.11 AC as well as N and has both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz radios. The modem that Century link sends to their customers in my area only supports 802.11N 2.4ghz. (at the same price of $99.99) I was hoping to use the usb port for a networked hard drive but so far haven't found any info on how to do so. (Century Link's literature does not address this at all) This is a great piece of equipment however!

  • Why pay "new" full price when you can get them in great used shape.

My neighbor has security cameras and he wanted me to get them online but I found out he only has 5g modum so I came across used modums for less than half and when it arrived it looked new. I don't understand that people like CenturyLink would even sell single modums anymore. This is a dual modem, 2.4 & 5g.
