Both he and I hammered on USPS until package was finally delivered over a week late. It is exactly as pictured, down to the nicks in the paint. I was able to fill in the chips with matching touch-up paint and polish the mirror so that it looks about the right vintage on a 14 year old Focus. Confirmed power mirror and turn signal work.
