Stated quality tools from the United States, and there was actually a few from Taiwan. When I received the package from the post office. The weight of the tools was too much for the box. Opening the box I noticed the hammer heads were loose on the hammer handles. He did not state this in the listing. The partial refund was only to compensate for my purchase price that I offered him.
