    Buyers beware of this seller's business practice. Seller did not honor his counteroffer after i agreed and purchased the item, he instead wanted to send just the rdf without the biological filter. Shipping took a long time, ended up missing midway. Asked for a refund but didnt want to entertain the idea, he instead offered to send another, a lower level with a $200 refund(still too expensive for the price i paid for the original). Received the rdf but never received the refund.
