    Great portable scanner for the price

    The Canon P-215ii is a great little desktop scanner for the price. Supports multiple image formats, Mac and Windows, easy to use software, can scan duplex, has a scan to actual document size feature, you can custom name saved image files, designate a destination directory to save image files, and a feed tray that can scan multiple documents at once. Has other connectors available to scan and save to external storage like evernote and dropbox, but I have not used those options.

    Lightweight with great features

    I like this scanner. Small, lots of futures, works great with Win 8.1 and Macbook Air. The only thing - scanning the last page requires pushing it manually into scanner. Overall - I would recommend this scanner to my friends. But not to my enemies. :-)

    Download the latest driver - CD may be unreliable with its TWAIN driver

    Not good instructions and this is a manufacturer thing though. Once I downloaded the latest driver, and yes you need to restart computer after driver is installed it finally worked for me. Prior to that it was hit or miss if it would have an error or not and mostly had errors. New driver resolved all my issues
