We didn't want to send out damaged stock, so we explained to the buyer that we would order more in to fulfil his orders. This takes a number of days, but it seems it was too long for this buyer which is fair enough if you need them urgently. It is regrettable that the water damage caused this delay. This buyer clearly has a a bit of a bee in his bonnet though.
