It arrived 2 weeks after order was placed due to delay enroute via USPS. I think item was a bit pricey for a student backpack even if it is NASCAR, especially with the shipping tacked on to the price; however, this is what grandson had requested for his birthday. Arrived in a box slightly smaller than my product & was set in that box diagonally kinda wedged in with maybe one crumpled newspaper around it really not giving any support/protection. Nonetheless still arrived in good condition.
