Damn thing worked!
I was skeptical about buying this. An oem carb is $350 vs this carb, which I paid $35 for. Once it arrived, it was hard to tell the difference between the Chinese carb and the oem carb. The control arms on the top of the carb are a little thinner than the oem carb.. It came with an inline fuel filter. I broke it during installation. I'd just throw away the fuel filter and use a better one. It also came with an in line petcoc, which I may use in the future. It slso came with a carb jet cleaning tools. All the gasket you need. The installation was easy and my generator started no problem. It was an Onan 4000. Model 4KYFA26100K. I adjusted the idle and ran the generator for about 30 minutes. Overall, I am pleased with this cheap carb and will order another one as a back up gor down the road.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Cheap but it works!
this a very cheap built carb. the linkage was very light weight and all bent up when I received it but what do you expect for $30. does it work, yes. with a little rework you can make this carb work on the gen set. would I buy it again? Maybe. I would have to review the other sources for the same type of carb and see if they were built better and how much they charge. All I All if you are looking for a cheap replacement for you old carb and you understand how to do a little tuning this carb will work OK.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Onan Carburetor
The Carburetor price seemed too good to be true, but was an exact match the my original carburetor. As a bonus it came with a new filter and fuel shutoff valve, and all the gaskets. Changing the carburetor was not a lot of fun due to the way Onan built the generator, but once installed it started instantly and runs perfectly.
