This will work with 03 pontiac vibe.
In case any of you are wondering, this works perfectly fine with 03-08 pontiac vibes. There is a difference between this and the original in that the original has flared out rubber at the bottom of the coil. From what I can tell, this makes no difference in the function of the coil itself nor the protection it provides to the spark plugs. Since this part number is way cheaper than the original, just so yourself a favor and replace them all at once. If you have oil down in the coil\spark plug holes, consider replacing your valve cover gasket first. Otherwise, your new coils could be damaged along with your spark plugs. For me, these tamed a rough idle I've been having for a while. Cars at 146k miles and doing pretty well. Might do the starter and alternator soon as they're pretty much end of life at this point. Early failure disappointment
My original four coils were still working after 190,000 miles and I decided to replace them preventively with this well-priced OEM product. One failed within five months and 4000 miles. I reinstalled one of the old coils, which is still working fine. Now I will keep the other old coils in the car. I know it's difficult to warranty electronic parts and don't expect a replacement, but I'm disappointed.
