Quick response to questions and quick to post in good packaging, rolled up but when opened the pillow sprang back into shape and was in perfect condition. This pillow unlike others advertised says it has a cooling surface, and this is true, it does not make you hot and sweaty like some memory foam pillows can. This pillow is very firm.
