Sadly eBay had to step in. It was a mess. Buyer threw the item in a box and sent. It was not as described- it dirty and looked at it had been used. Then, after all that- when I plugged it in, it didn’t work. The seller returned it thanks to the eBay policy and I was refunded.Reply from: aidaigosc-0- Feedback replied by seller aidaigosc-0.- Feedback replied by seller aidaigosc-0.Out of dozens of smooth transactions, this buyer is the only one to leave a dramatic review over a $5 item. eBay accepted the return, I issued a refund, and the item works perfectly when the clear button (shown in her own picture) is pressed and lights green. Which the buyer failed to do. Their photos show careful packaging, despite claims otherwise.There was nothing “messy” about the process unless you count their refusal to communicate or read basic instructions.
