I am giving this transaction a low rating for shipping because I paid for the blouse on April 12th, but the seller did not ship it until April 17th. The standard for 5-star sellers is to ship the items sold within 1 or 2 days of purchase. For almost 20 years I have successfully shipped within 1 business day.
