Fixed a 4160 from a leaker to a screamer
tested the flatness on top and bottom machined surfaces, and was near perfect. Replaced one that butterfly shafts were leaking vacuum. Vacuum pressure went from 11 to 15 with this plate and no other changes (performance engine, so low vacuum already anyways). Bolted in with no issues whatsoever.
