The dress container, along with a piece of cardboard was placed in a plastic mailer. The item is as described and photographed. The seller provided five photographs, showing the front and back of the container, as well as magnified photos of the item number and manufacturing date. The dress fits nicely on my Reproduction Barbie. I especially like the dress color; however, the manufacturer should have made blue shoes, not clear ones.
