The packaging seemed OK but in unwrapping it we heard some rattling sounds that didn’t sound good, like broken pieces. I assume it was damaged in shipping because it’s not as it appeared in the pictures that were put up on eBay. I know it was insured by the seller, so how do I proceed to get some satisfaction?
