The seller described the item as “new” in “original packaging” leading me to believe it’s brand new. Well the item I got was obviously swapped out with a used one. Minor scratches on it, dirt in the buttons, and one of the buttons didn’t function at all rendering it useless. The shop doesn’t accept returns and probably for this reason, they don’t sell items as described.
