    Good for beginners

    I really enjoy this dvd. The host is supportive and engaging. He does move very slowly through each movement building up to a more fluid movement. He describes the movement in parts each time it’s done. The one thing I would like is for silent fluid practice to be built into each lesson to feel the movement and build muscle memory, rather than always getting prompted. It breaks the rhythm for me and is a bit distracting.

    This is a wonderful video for beginners in Tai Chi. Instructor explains each move and shows in detail how to perform the move. Very easy to follow along and enjoyable to participate with him. Will definitely benefit from this video; best one I have found yet for starting out with.

    Great Tai Chi Beginners DVD

    great dvd, but I have to say that my husband did not like that the instructor is using the opposite arms and legs than you are supposed to use, this is all explained in the beginning, it is fine if you just don't overthink it
