      This Company sent me a Set that did not match the picture on the item listing.....false advertising. Also listed was the following....."Breathe easy,,,,,,returns are accepted." Well I was informed by them that I cannot send it back. I am still waiting on a response from them to solve this problem. At this point I am fear that I will not get my money back. This is not a Company you can trust.

      This awl arrived and after taking it out of its package the tip was bent as though it had been dropped. I tried to explain this to the seller but the seller tries to tell me it’s supposed to be like that, I know the difference between something that’s designed to be curved and a blade or pick that has been bent from being dropped. So long story short, I attempted to repair the tip myself because the seller just wasn’t cooperating and wasn’t trying to understand. Poor rating all around.

      The awl is delivered as we listed. It might bent while opening the package or somehow it dropped. We even offered the buyer two replacements instead of one but there is no response from the buyer yet. We are hopeful that the issue with instrument have been resolved as the it was same as we shown and delivered.
