    A Lifetime Tool

    Closed cooking completes one's cooking possibilities. In an oven, for example, I cook meats with the cover on for 3/4 of the cooking cycle to steam it tender, then remove the lid for a hard brown skin. Perfect every time. Care takes some getting used to, because you need to prevent rust, but it's not that difficult - easier to keep clean, actually, than most major kitchen ware. And it's a multiple use item - even the lid can be flipped to serve as its own pan. All in all, I'm very happy with this device.

    I used the top as a pan and cooked some pancakes, it was quick and easy. No sticking, quick and evenly Cooke pancakes and easy to clean. Then I used both the top and bottom to cook a pork roast. It came out delicious, the only problem was there were no seconds left. Cleaning the 5 Qt. cast iron non-stick double Dutch oven & skillet lid was no problem. Did I say it was awesome, I love it!😍

    Nice Dutch Oven

    Much better than I expected for the price. I have already recommended this very same item to friends of mine and my wife loves cooking with it. Great versatility ! Heavy, sturdy and best of all pre-seasoned. This is an absolutely ideal product for a bachelor or geo-bachelor with limited space with the various cooking options. I was a geo-bachelor for 12 years and would have save a ton of money on pots and pans if I had one of these. FYI....these are just my thoughts...v/r SARGE
