Only thing I would comment on is that the packaging it came in (a thin mailing bag) did have a rip in it from transit, luckily I don’t notice any damage on the sweater but thicker packaging would be ideal. My only suggestion is to make sure fragile items are shipped in padded/properly insulated packages and not shipping packs designed for soft items. FedEx is notorious for mishandling packages, so I’m definitely a lot more frustrated with their abuse. So I don't understand how or why one bottle was damaged. Maybe during shipment and it got damaged by USPS personnel. But I received positive feedback back from the seller when I requested to get the items two to three days ahead of time. Hopefully I can get some response on what happened or maybe a future discount. Or they may need to look at more bubble wrap for bottled items that are in the corner.
