Convenience is the idea behind the Delphi Roady 2 SA10085 XM car and home satellite radio receiver. Designed to give you the ability to stream satellite radio channels while driving in your vehicle, there are several plug-and-play installation options available. Use the cassette adapter to plug into cassette decks. A built-in wireless FM transmitter gives you the ability to connect the radio receiver to your in-dash FM radio. A magnetic roof antenna gives you the option of transmitting the XM stereo frequency directly to the Delphi Roady 2 receiver. Use the lighter power adapter to connect and receive satellite signals to the device in this manner. The options for connecting the Delphi Roady 2 XM audio receiver are plentiful and easy for use in any vehicle. The Delphi Roady 2 XM satellite radio receiver is a versatile device. By purchasing accessories, such as an optional home adapter kit, you gain the ability to enjoy your satellite radio channels while sitting in your home. The Roady 2 has three different-colored faceplates to choose from and seven backlit display color selections available. Aside from streaming music, weather, sports, news, and traffic alerts, the Delphi Roady 2 XM satellite radio receiver also gives you the capability to track up to 20 different stock markets at any given time. This ability is delivered with the use of the Stock Ticker feature. A Tune Select function is featured on the Delphi Roady 2 XM satellite car audio receivers. This feature sends you an alert when a favorite song is playing on another channel than into what you are currently tuned. You have the ability to create a favorite song list by holding down the turning wheel for two seconds while the song is playing through the receiver. Your personalized song list has the memory capacity for storing up to 20 favorite tunes you select. The Delphi Roady 2 XM satellite audio receiver has the ability to hold three banks of preset channels. Each bank has the capacity for storing up to 10 channels. The presets are labeled A, B, and C for easy selections. All settings are accessible through the receiver’s menu. Make and change settings whenever you wish. A built-in headphone jack is found on the compact Delphi Roady 2 car audio receiver. This 3.5 millimeter headphone jack is standard sized and accommodates most headphones, earbuds, and other such listening devices. This feature gives you the ability to enjoy a more personalized listening experience while streaming music, news, weather, and sports through the audio receiver. When connecting the mobile Delphi Roady 2 in your home with the appropriate installation kit, you have the power to listen to audio and video through the device. With the high-tech specifications designed into the Delphi Roady 2 receiver, distorting frequencies are vetted out of the audio and video sounds that stream from TVs, media players, and other compatible electronics devices through the receiver. Finding out who sang what now. Pretty dog gone good !!
Like it but want display that is easy for us older fellas so I got the Onyx and display is much better. Now I got to switch the account to this radio. I hope it is free. I got three different models now and the Onyx is best even better than the Onyx EZ. Again I like the XDNX1 it has better display than the XEZ1 .

Roady 2 rocks!
This receiver is an exact replacement for my original Roady 2 purchased 10 years earlier. It has so many features in such a small unit, it's almost unbelievable. Great unit!
It has a more powerful sender than the newer ones. My factory antenna is in the rear quarter windows (2006 sequoia) I had a lot of station loss with a newer unit,this helps quite a bit. I also read that the antenna has something to do with broadcasting the signal. The factory add-on does route the antenna all the way to the back of the car. Old model but reliable
I have had XM radio for over 20 years. This model I bought about 18 years ago to attach to my XM home unit. When traveling with my classic cars, I take the car accessories and module with me. The antenna is strung and the power cord to the lighter socket. Tune your fm radio to a low or high frequency that isn’t in use. Now I have XM radio. Since my favorite fm station is gone, I am wiring all the classic cars for XM. I will just take the module with me when using different cars. Not happy.
Out of the box it would not work. I finally figured the power cord was defective. It had a blown fuse which was an odd size I couldn't find locally. I finally took the fuse from my gps, which promptly blew. The cord from my previous roady was damaged, one of the reasons I bought this one. I finally rigged my old cable to work after removing the fuse from another gps. So I have a new roady that I can't use the cord with and 2 gps units with blown fuses that I'm unable to find replacements for.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Ready Replacement
I installed my first Road on a touring motorcycle over 10 years ago, & it was a delight, especially on long trips. It was extremely compact & could be operated wearing gloves. Eventually, some of the buttons & connectors finally started to act up, probably due to exposure. I tried to work on the output connector, made it unusable, so had to oder this new one.
