Great RV outlet box.
This RV outlet box has all the electrical plugs you need for a RV hookup. It is well constructed and provides water deflection even when in use. I purchased mine for temporary use on the end of a heavy extension cord using a strain relief, but will eventually use it as a permanent installation. This unit is designed to be mounted on a flat surface and if top fed, an entry adapter is also required. I am not an electrician but after I took a cell phone picture of the wiring diagram under the lid of the panel. It was so simple, to wire it in. I am very impressed with the ability to be able to plug in my 50 amp fifth wheel, and allow another unit to use the 30 amp service, and have the ability to plug in electrical appliances or a small camper just needing lights or power for a fan. This is of course based on the fact, I used service wire (2,2,2,4) for the install probably overkill but better to go big the first time with a hundred amp breaker off the 200 amp main breaker box.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
