    I purchased a jacket that the seller said no stains or damage prior to purchase. It arrived w/ stains all over. Contacted her ASAP, gave photos & politely requested a small partial refund (would have been no more than $5) to avoid the hassle of returning it, because this was due to the seller’s poor inspection. Instead of taking accountability for her lying about condition of the item, the seller denied the issue and insinuated the stains were my fault. Seller was unapologetic & unreasonable

    I am sorry that you did not want to accept my offer to return the jacket and get a full refund, plus the return shipping due to the inconvenience. As I stated I did not see the stains you mentioned, or they would have been disclosed in the listing.
