Respawn Entertainment's first-person shooter returns with a new single-player mode and new robot Titans in Titanfall 2. The single-player campaign finds gamers controlling Militia rifleman Jack Cooper and the Titan BT-7274 as they battle aliens and hostile humans from the Interstellar Manufacturing Corporation (IMC). Levels are large and open so players can accomplish their objectives in a variety of different ways, with the heavily armored BT specializing in powerful attacks, and Cooper using stealth and parkour skills to defeat foes and solve environmental puzzles.<br><br>Multiplayer action remains a huge part of Titanfall 2, with gamers taking control of six all-new Titan classes and utilizing new technology and new Pilot abilities to defeat foes. The new Titan models include: Ion, which uses directed energy to kill; Legion, a defensive specialist with a powerful minigun; Northstar, which specializes in flight and ranged attacks; the sword-wielding close-combat specialist Ronin; Scorch, which uses fire weapons; and Tone, which uses homing weapons. Meanwhile, Pilots can once again use jet packs and wall-climbing skills to navigate environments, but they also have a host of new abilities. The new grapple lets them reach remote areas and pull enemies closer, while the deadly pulse blade can detect hidden foes, and players can cloak themselves, teleport, and send out holographic copies to confuse their opponents.<br><br>Gamers are rated on their performance in multiplayer matches regardless of the outcome, and Titanfall 2 also features an improved matchmaking system. New for the sequel is the Networks feature, which lets players form groups, and then automatically places members of a Network together in matches. Don't expect Titanfall 1
At this point, the only thing that is the same is the wall running and double jumping. They have even added grappling hooks to change that. The single player campaign is a very nice course, similar to a fast-paced Metroid. There, you can select any titan loadout that you have unlocked while playing. The major differences (since there is no TF1 single player) is how multilayer operates. They sped the pace of the game way up. At the same time, they added in a delay with bullets, so you can no longer take that across-the-stage shot with a carbine and fell a running target. They added energy-based weapons, which shoot as slow as can be called a projectile, but tend to do higher damage, especially to robots (not titans, sadly). The titans themselves are no longer customizable in loadout, but you can paint them pretty colors and select a few perks. You have one more weapon system. In order to charge your shields, you need to pick up batteries as a pilot. This makes them quite vulnerable to other titans right out of the dome shield, but nearly impenetrable to infantry, who must now choose between a sidearm and an anti-titan weapon. I decline to say whether these changes are good or bad, but I will admit to not being quite good enough at two yet to not get mad at them. Hope this helps!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

First Titanfall was great but this second one is better!
I had a lot of fun playing the first titanfall and didn't understand why it didn't draw much attention as it should have but the second one has so much more features, I'm hoping people will pick up a copy and see what they've been missing.
