It wasn’t until I filed a claim with the post office that I received a call back next day and they said it wasn’t delivered on the tracking date shown but was rescanned a week later and should be in my mailbox. I personally called the local post office on 5/27 to deal with this issue, and post office said they would check and call back. Buyer contacted me on 5/30 to tell me she had not yet received item. She later informed me that the post office said the item had been "re"delivered to her mailbox on 5/28 (the day AFTER I called them), so maybe I did help after all?
