Very good value for money, but with a bit of thought it could have been much better.
I'm very happy with the quality of the coffee, which also comes out nice and hot. The negatives are that, firstly, only very short cups can be used because there isn't enough height to use "normal" height cups, at least they can't be used unless the drip tray cover is removed, which is unsatisfactory - another 25cm would have made all the difference. Secondly, although the instructions are very detailed they are just line drawings, not easy to follow at all. It takes quite a lot of experimenting to find out how to use it properly.Verified purchase: Yes

Delonghi EC230 coffee machine
This was an update to a older model. Slightly disappointed in how light it feels compared to the old machine - lots of black plastic instead of metal but it brews quickly and the milk frother is much more efficient. I do wish that it would give a ‘measured ‘ cup though so I could walk away without worrying that I have left it too long and the work surface is awash with coffee.
